Introduction:
"Tangbu Shuan", also known as Ruyi fruit, is a traditional famous dish of Han nationality in Guangdong Province, which belongs to Cantonese dessert. The taste is absolutely crisp, smooth and sweet, refreshing but not greasy, fragrant and salty for all ages. It's the twin brother of Tangyuan, adding ginger juice to dispel cold and healthy qi. "Sugar does not throw" method is simple, directly cooked glutinous rice flour, rub into powder balls, in the iron pot with boiling syrup cooked, and then sprinkled with crushed fried peanuts or cut into silk fried eggs with food
Production steps:
Step 1: put the glutinous rice flour into the basin, add appropriate amount of water and knead it into a ball
Step 2: make a small ball by hand

Step 4: take out the cooked glutinous rice balls and put them in cold water for 10 minutes
