Homemade Marmalade
Introduction:
"My parents have an orchard and planted a lot of Shatangju. This year, I picked a lot of Shatangju with my baby. Because of the cold weather, I couldn't finish eating all of them. So I made jam for my children. Dip some toast in the morning. It's delicious! Most of all, it's natural! "
Production steps:
Step 1: Shatangju.
Step 2: peel the Shatangju and cut it with a knife to remove the seeds and tendons. Put it in a pot and boil over medium heat (without adding a drop of water).
Step 3: the cooking process needs to be stirred from time to time. Finally, when it is viscous, add a small amount of white sugar and continue to cook until it is thick (the sugar orange itself is sweet, so you don't need to add too much sugar, you can try it and add it again).
Step 4: put it into the bottle after cooling (the bottle should be cleaned and dried in advance). If you can't finish eating for a while, you can refrigerate for about a week. If you want to store for a longer time, you need to refrigerate.
Materials required:
Shatang Orange: 1000g
White sugar: right amount
Note: 1. Handle oranges and cook a little longer, be patient. 2. Make sure that all tools used in the whole process are oil-free.
Production difficulty: simple
Process: boiling
Production time: several hours
Taste: sweet
