Scalded squid whiskers
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: squid, scallion, ginger and coriander.
Step 2: wash squid and cut into sections. Wash coriander and scallion and cut into pieces.
Step 3: heat appropriate amount of water, add 1 tbsp salt and ginger slices.
Step 4: put the green onion and coriander in a bowl, add the chicken powder and pour down the green sauce.
Step 5: after boiling, pour down the squid whiskers and blanch them with chopsticks for about 3 minutes.
Step 6: pick up and rinse with cold water.
Step 7: wash the pan, heat, add proper amount of oil to boil, turn off the fire, pour down the scallion and coriander and mix well.
Step 8: scoop up and pour on the squid whiskers. Sprinkle some shredded chilli on the table~

Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Chicken powder: a little
Note: when dealing with squid, the part near the eyes should be cleaned, and the cartilage and eyes should be removed. When the water is boiling, put down the squid whiskers and blanch them. Take them up and soak them in cold water for more than ten seconds. This will keep the squid whiskers crisp and delicious. The soy sauce itself is salty enough, so you don't need to add salt when mixing the dip.
