Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients
Step 2: blanch the tofu skin with water
Step 3: blanch spinach and coriander
Step 4: soak the blanched ingredients in cold water and control the moisture.
Step 5: roll spinach into tofu skin, as shown in the picture

Note: Step 5, I cut off the remaining tofu skin after two or three laps. The tofu skin I bought is just good. It can roll two long rolls, that is, four rolls of the size of the finished product.
