Stewed bean curd with pork

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cut the pork into columns, about 1.5cm long and 1.5cm wide, and cut the garlic leaves into sections;

Step 6: pour in water without pork noodles, add 3 pieces of fragrant leaves, add 3 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of pepper, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 1 tbsp of salt and 2 tbsp of cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for about 30 minutes;

Step 7: when the time is up, turn to the big fire to collect the juice. Don't collect all the juice, but leave more than half of the bowl;

The eighth step: after the sauce is thick and seasoned, add salt or salt when it is not salty. Add some brown sugar when it is not thick enough, pour it into the garlic leaves and mix it up for a few times.
