Note: my sea cucumber is not frozen after the hair directly eat, and hair in the process of using pure water, so directly with boiling water for a very short time. If the sea cucumber is taken out from the freezer, it should be thawed naturally first (do not use the microwave oven and warm water to accelerate thawing), and then blanch it quickly.
