Production steps:
Step 1: put the black sesame and glutinous rice into the kettle of the wall breaker;
Step 2: add two small pieces of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb;
Step 3: 3. Add a piece of rock sugar and proper amount of water;
Step 4: start the wall breaker, and mix all the ingredients into pieces;
Step 5: pour the black sesame paste into the pot;
Step 6: keep stirring, boil for one or two minutes;
Step 7: put the cooked black sesame paste into a small bowl and sprinkle with a few peanuts.
Materials required:
Black Sesame: 200g
Glutinous rice: 100g
Radix Polygoni Multiflori: 2 pieces
Water: 400g
Rock sugar: right amount
Note: 1. The proportion of black sesame paste is about water, black sesame and glutinous rice is 4:2:1, Polygonum multiflorum just need to add two small pieces, sugar according to personal preference; 2. Use the wall breaker to mix them and add them to the pot for heating, pay attention to keep stirring, avoid paste pot.
