Braised white gourd
Step 1: cut the wax gourd into pieces, and cut a cross knife on the back.
Step 2: cut scallion into sections, slice ginger, and slice garlic into thick slices.
Step 3: put the oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, stack the wax gourd neatly and fry it over medium heat until the skin is golden.
Step 4: stir fry the star anise, garlic and oil.
Step 5: add the fried wax gourd and stir well.
Step 6: fill the pot with the soup or water that will cover half of the body of wax gourd, add salt and stewed juice, and turn it over.
Step 7: when the water in the pot is about to dry, add chicken essence into the lake powder, mix well, pour it into the pot, and stir fry until it is thick and bright.
Step 8: after the operation is completed, remove the pot and load the plate.
Wax gourd: 500g
Ginger: 1 piece
Scallion: Half Root
Starch: 3 tbsp
Cooking oil: 3 tbsp
Dried pepper: 5
Soup: right amount
Star anise: 1 capsule
Chicken powder: 1 tsp
Braised soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Salt: right amount
Note: add sauce is to taste more smooth, do not like it. If you don't have soy sauce, you can replace it with soy sauce and soy sauce. When frying wax gourd, avoid too much fire to avoid frying paste. I lost time because of taking pictures. I fried it a little too much.
