Fried rice with shrimp and pineapple

Production steps:
Step 1: steam two cups of rice with water. (use the measuring cup that comes with the electric pressure cooker. The amount of water should be a little less. The rice will be more elastic after steaming.).
Step 2: cut a pineapple in half, take half of the pineapple, and dig out the flesh (first use a knife to draw around, then cut a few knives vertically and horizontally in the middle, and then dig out with a spoon). Keep the peel. Take 100 grams of pulp and cut into small cubes.

Step 4: cut the shrimp into finger sized pieces, add a little rice wine and a little salt and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 5: take 50g coconut milk and 2 tbsp water to make a paste.

Step 7: heat the oil in the frying pan, pour in the shrimps and stir fry.
Step 8: stir fry until the shrimps change color, pour in diced pineapple and stir fry.
Step 9: add 2 tbsp coconut milk.
Step 10: pour in the steamed rice, add a little curry powder and stir well.
Step 11: add cashew nuts and salt to taste. Stir well and put into pineapple shell.
