Production steps:

Step 1: soak kidney beans for more than 12 hours, cook them over medium heat, remove the water and peel them. It's easy to get rid of the skin

Step 2: sift the peeled bean paste into a semi dry and wet powder.

Large white kidney bean: 500g

Milk powder: 50g

Peanut oil: 150g

Sugar powder: 100g

Note: kidney beans must be boiled. I was eager for success. Some kidney beans were not cooked thoroughly. As a result, it was hard to sift them.
