Sweet and sour taste of love

Sweet and sour taste of love

Introduction:

"This is a private dish I created. The taste is unique. The inspiration comes from my daughter-in-law's favorite tangerine peel plum. The taste was sour and sweet, with a hint of tangerine peel. Chicken wings can be made into sweet mouth, so I decided to have a try. It's very successful. It's sweet and sour. It's full-bodied with lemon, but it doesn't hide the flavor of Valentine's plum. Chicken wings are delicious, but not woody. They are very smooth. The soup is rich, sour and delicious

Production steps:

Step 1: split the wings in the middle.

Step 2: blanch water and dry with kitchen paper.

Step 3: put it into the pan and fry until both sides are golden. I use olive oil, you also want to use very light taste of oil.

Step 4: fried chicken wings, sunflower seed oil or corn oil are OK, can not use rapeseed oil or soybean oil.

Step 5: put the remaining oil in the shredded ginger.

Step 6: add water, add sweet plum, squeeze out half lemon juice. Rock sugar. Cook together for ten minutes and the soup will turn a little brown.

Step 7: adjust the color of the juice, use a little oyster sauce, but not much, put a little salt, taste the taste, when the acidity and sweetness is right, put the chicken wings face down.
