Hui Cuisine: Hui style steamed shrimp sauce, fragrant
Introduction:
"Hui Cuisine: in my impression of more than 20 years, it has always been characterized by large oil, heavy taste, salty and spicy, heavy color, high heat, love of braised, stewed, fried, stuffy and so on. There are few steamed or clear dishes. For example, it's a treat at home. After eating, it seems that the rest of the dishes are very white, very clear and light. Stir frying, steaming and stewing are not so popular. For a long time, local people have been used to accepting the unique "heavy taste" of Hui cuisine. This kind of shrimp is also characteristic of Huizhou. It belongs to a kind of river shrimp and is exposed to the sun in summer. It's eaten with a shell. It's calcium supplement. I remember grandma liked to use this steamed sauce very much. At that time, I disdained these local dishes and didn't like to eat them. I positioned it as a dish for the elderly. Later, when I left my hometown, I liked to relive those memories more and more, so I would bring all kinds of dishes back every time I went back, and sometimes my mother would express them to me. The prepared dishes will also be brought to the office to share with you the delicious food. Beans and shrimps are very calcium rich. They are salty, fragrant, fresh and delicious with rolls
