Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials

Note: This is delicious with tender tofu. You can use inner fat tofu. If not, it's good to buy tender Southern tofu. Shallot can't be eaten with bean products, it will produce calcium oxalate which is easy to form stones. Try to eat less.
