Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Step 2: wash Hangzhou pepper and cut into pieces; wash garlic and cut into sections; shred onion.

Step 3: wash Pleurotus ostreatus and tear small strips; cut off the old roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash them, blanch them in boiling water for a while, then drain and set aside.
