Beef rolls with lettuce

Beef rolls with lettuce

Introduction:

"I love to eat the streaky pork in Korean cuisine. When watching Korean dramas, they always sit around the oven, fry the delicious streaky pork with green vegetables, add sauce and ingredients, roll it up and put it into their mouth. The smell of meat, dishes and sauce is so satisfying! There is no pork at home, just a piece of beef left, so I made this lettuce beef roll. Although it doesn't smell like pork, it's also delicious! "

Production steps:

Step 1: cut the beef into small pieces.

Step 2: put proper amount of five spice powder, pepper powder, salt, chicken essence, pepper powder and soy sauce into the beef.

Step 3: stir well and marinate for two or three hours.

Step 4: cut the scallion into long sections and the garlic into slices (it's better to keep the garlic in the air for more than 15 minutes before eating.)

Step 5: cut the onion into small pieces.

Step 6: take off the lettuce leaves, wash and set aside.

Step 7: put the oil in the pan, heat it up, put in the sliced beef, and fry the meat over medium high heat.

Step 8: fry the beef on both sides, add appropriate amount of cumin, and take out the pot.

Step 9: put the onion into the pot and fry until done.

Step 10: prepare a little Korean garlic chili sauce. Korean chili sauce is better.

Step 11: take a piece of lettuce and top with beef, onion, shallot, garlic and Korean garlic sauce.
