Introduction:
"Pingyu, scientific name pomfret, is a kind of sea fish with flat body. It also has the nutritional characteristics of marine fish: high protein, unsaturated fatty acids and a variety of trace elements
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the fish and dig out the viscera.
Step 2: heat the oil in the pan, pour it into the fish and fry it slowly.
Step 3: turn to the other side and fry until golden.
Step 4: after golden on both sides, pour in proper amount of water and simmer.
Step 5: pour in some soy sauce.

Note: Tips 1, because my home fried fish is not eat now, is left to the next day with porridge, so did not put ginger, onion and so on, like can put a little, more fragrant! 2. When you buy the fish, you already put some salt to marinate it, so you don't need salt to fry it.
