Production steps:
Step 1: leave the head and tail of the prawns, peel them (250g), cut the back of the prawns with a knife, remove the intestinal mud, spread them wide, mark them with knife marks, sprinkle them with salt, sake and pepper, then adjust and insert them on the string
Step 2: clean the onion and garlic, cut the onion into 5cm long and 0.5cm wide pieces, and cut the garlic into 0.5cm thick pieces. Clean the green and red peppers and cut them into 2 cm thick and 0.2 cm thick silk. Soak the ear in water for about 1 hour, remove the pedicel, wash and wipe the water vapor, and then cut it into 2cm long and 0.1cm thick silk. Step 3: pour water into the steamer, cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, until boiling, cover with scallion and garlic, steam with prawns for about 5 minutes until cooked
Step 4: take out the steamed prawns, remove the string, and then apply sesame oil. Sprinkle the prawns with green, red pepper, yellow and white egg skin, stone ear and other dishes.
