Introduction:
"Shixiangzui spareribs" is one of the most traditional Fuzhou dishes. By "ten" it means all, not only 10 flavors. This dish can be said to be the simplest one in Fuzhou Cuisine. Many families can make "drunk ribs" which is full of praise. Because the taste of this dish is basically in the sauce, so the taste of each family is different. "
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the ribs into inch sections and marinate them with salt and chicken essence.
Step 2: cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Step 3: beat an egg into the marinated spareribs and add starch.
Step 4: mix well so that the paste is hung on each sparerib.
Step 5: cut garlic into small pieces, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, pepper, coffee powder, five spice powder, sesame oil, sesame butter and peanut butter into juice.
Step 6: put peanut oil into the pot, put it into the oil temperature of about 180 degrees, and fry slowly over medium low heat.
Step 7: take out the oil after deep frying. Small potatoes are fried with paste.
Step 8: pour the fried spareribs and potatoes into the sauce bowl and turn them evenly, so that each piece is evenly covered with sauce and put on the plate.
Step 9: sprinkle some scallion on it.
Materials required:
Ribs: 500g
Egg: 1
Salt: right amount
Chicken essence: appropriate amount
Starch: About 80g
Garlic: 30g
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
