Production steps:
Step 1: wash the hairtail, cut it into sections and cut it with a knife on both sides. Drain the water.
Step 2: add salt, cooking wine, ginger and onion.
Step 3: grasp evenly, cover with plastic film and marinate for about 1 hour.
Step 4: take out the pickled hairtail and evenly wrap it with a layer of sweet potato powder.
