Production steps:
Step 1: wash the rice and soak it for half an hour.
Step 2: clean the ribs and shrimp.
Step 3: wash and soak scallops, dried oysters and mushrooms respectively.
Step 4: add water into the pot, add ginger slices, bring to a boil, and then blanch the spareribs to remove the blood
Step 5: remove and wash.
