Sauerkraut with minced garlic
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the cauliflower stalk and cut it into two sections.
Step 2: peel, wash, flatten and chop the garlic.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan, pour in the garlic and saute until fragrant.
Step 4: pour in the cauliflower stalk and stir fry.
Step 5: fry until discolored, add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

Note: tongcai is easy to be cooked. It's better to be crisp than over heated. It tastes delicious when it's crisp.
