Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: Li Jinji barbecue sauce (only half a can), sugar, flour

Step 2: 1.5kg plum head (pork forelegs)

Step 3: first cut the meat into large uniform strips

Plum head (front leg): 1.5kg

Note: 1, sugar and flour do not need a lot, a thin layer is OK. 2, barbecue sauce should be coated on every corner of the meat, it's better to be thicker
