Mushroom and minced meat porridge
Introduction:
"This kind of mushroom and minced meat porridge is one of my children's favorite porridge. So basically I cook it once or twice a month. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients (mushrooms and rice bubble about an hour in advance).
Step 2: wash the rice and put it in the pot.
Step 3: Chop lean meat into minced meat, add appropriate amount of salt, peanut oil, soy sauce and water, mix well and marinate.
Step 4: cut mushrooms into pieces and prepare two pieces of ginger.
Step 5: after the porridge is boiled, add ginger slices and chopped mushrooms.
Step 6: cook until medium thick, then add minced meat and stir with a spoon. Once it is boiled again, it can be seasoned.
Step 7: Sprinkle with scallions.

Note: 1. After the lean meat is chopped into minced meat, add appropriate amount of water to make it thinner, and keep stirring when adding into the porridge, so that the minced meat will not agglomerate.
