Sichuan Cuisine: Crispy ribs
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut shallot into sections, slice ginger, and cook sesame.
Step 2: blanch the ribs with boiling water.
Step 3: put oil in the pot, heat it up and fry the onion, ginger and pepper.
