Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into large pieces and fry in oil until both sides are brown.
Step 2: in another pot, add a small amount of oil, saute shallot ginger and Pixian bean paste.
Step 3: add the fried tofu and stir fry slightly.
