Production steps:
Step 1: wash cowpea, remove stem and cut into sections.
Step 2: put 200 grams of oil in the pan, heat it for 7 minutes, and fry the cowpeas.
Step 3: deep fry until cowpea skin is wrinkled and wilted, and remove oil control.
Step 4: pour out the oil in the pot, leave some base oil, put down the pepper, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, pepper and saute until fragrant
Step 5: put in the fried cowpea, add some fresh smoke, stir fry.
Step 6: add sugar, salt, chicken essence, stir well.
