Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: a kilo of fresh peanuts.

Step 2: rub repeatedly with bubbles to clean the sediment.

Step 3: pour peanuts into the water, add salt, ginger, star anise, pepper, and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to medium heat and cook for half an hour.

Step 4: turn off the heat and simmer until cooked.

Step 5: soak the cooked peanuts in water for 1-2 hours to make them taste better.

Materials required:

Peanuts: one jin

Star anise: 2

Pepper: right amount

Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Salt: right amount

Ginger: moderate

Note: use pressure cooker for more than ten minutes. You have to be patient without pressure cooker.
