Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and chop pork into minced meat, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, pepper powder, ginger juice, mushroom essence, starch, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2: wash the soaked Lentinus edodes and cut them into shreds. Wash the soft scallops and spread them with the back of a knife. Peel the carrot and cut them into shreds. Cut the green onion into powder and set them aside.

Step 3: take off a few complete Chinese cabbage leaves, remove part of the stem, soak in salt water for 20 minutes, and then rinse clean for use.

Step 4: mix the marinated minced pork with seasoning to form a filling.

Step 5: wash the leaves of Chinese cabbage, blanch them in boiling water until they are soft (you can see the leaves become soft), take out the cold water and drain the water for use.

Step 6: prepare a plate, lay a Chinese cabbage leaf flat on it, and put some meat stuffing on the surface.

Step 7: wrap well and put them into the plate.

Step 8: put clear water into the pot, bring to a boil, add cabbage rolls, cover and steam over medium high heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 9: take out the steamed cabbage meat roll and put it on a clean plate.

Step 10: pour the soup in the steamed cabbage roll into the pot, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, mix well, bring to a boil over high heat, add starch water, cook until thick, and pour it on the steamed cabbage roll.
