Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the peanuts and soak them for one night.
Step 2: wash adzuki beans and soak them for one night.
Step 3: wash the mung beans and soak them for one night.
Step 4: wash the cowpea and soak it for one night.
Step 5: wash the black rice and soak it for one night.
Step 6: wash the glutinous rice and soak it overnight.
Step 7: washed rice dumpling leaves.
Step 8: mix peanuts, red beans, mung beans, cowpeas, glutinous rice and black rice, and fold the leaves.
Step 9: add part of the rice, add lotus seed, and then add part of the rice.
Step 10: keep the two ends of rice dumpling leaves overlapped, fold them back and cover them on the rice, and be sure to press them tightly. This is the key step to adjust the shape of zongzi to ensure no rice leakage.
Step 11: use cotton thread to bind it firmly.
Step 12: hot water pot, the amount of water must not be more than zongzi! After boiling, keep medium high heat for 1 hour, then turn low heat to simmer for 1 hour.
Step 13: hot rice dumplings before cooking.

Note: the hot water for cooking rice dumplings should not be over the whole body of rice dumplings. Boiling for two hours can ensure the soft and glutinous taste of rice dumplings. If you don't eat rice dumplings immediately, you can keep soaking in the pot for about 2 hours, and it can continue to soften. Moreover, rice grains are not easy to stick to the leaves of rice dumplings!
