Fried water bamboo
Introduction:
"I have no appetite to eat in summer. I like something light, so I made this dish with meat and vegetables."
Production steps:
Step 1: 1. It's troublesome to peel Zizania latifolia. I like to cut it in the middle, so I can peel it off quickly.
Step 2: 2 cloves of garlic, 1 root of millet pepper (if you like spicy food, you can add it according to your own taste), cut the bacon well (if you don't have bacon, you can change it to other meats, too), and cut the scallion well.
Step 3: 3. Cut water bamboo.
Step 4: 4. Saute the garlic slices and stir fry the bacon
Step 5: 5. Pour in the cut water bamboo, stir fry for a while, add a small spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of cooking wine, stir well. Put the chopped scallion into the pan and stir fry. Cover the pan and simmer for 1 minute. Then open the lid. (remember to simmer, otherwise it will be scorched). Sprinkle the green part and stir fry evenly.
Step 6: 6. Fried, this is my dinner. I have no appetite to eat on hot days, so I like to eat something light. That dish is bean curd with preserved eggs, hehe.
