Production steps:

Step 1: after washing the glutinous rice, soak it for several hours, let it absorb enough water, take out and drain.

Step 2: soak peanuts, mung beans, silkworm bean petals and oat rice half a day in advance until they open.

Step 3: soak the leaves in water.

Step 4: wash the oatmeal half an hour in advance.

Step 5: drain all the grains and pour them into the glutinous rice. Add some salt and mix well.

Step 6: cut off the peduncle of the rice dumpling leaves, take one leaf and press one, three of them together, as shown in the figure, the top one is placed in the innermost layer, and the order cannot be reversed.

Step 7: roll it into a funnel, but there should be no holes in the sharp corner.

Step 8: put in the dumpling stuffing.

Step 9: as shown in the figure, fold the leaves over.

Step 10: insert another Zongye at the bottom.

Step 11: go back like this.

Step 12: wrap around the top and cover with a layer of Zongye.

Step 13: from the corner of the place around again after up, the tail of the leaves on the top of the dumplings, tied up with cotton.
