Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the material.
Step 2: open the door cavity with water in the pot, blanch the bleeding water, scrape off the white thick film on the door cavity and wash.
Step 3: wash the door cavity, ginger into the pot boiling.
Step 4: bring to a boil over high heat, pour in cooking wine, turn low heat to boil for 30 minutes and take out.
Step 5: take out the cooked door cavity and slice after cooling.
Step 6: put it into a bowl and pour in the bittern.
