Production steps:
Step 1: kill the fresh grass carp, drain the water, cut into small pieces (take the meat, fish head and big bone soup in the middle), put a small spoon of salt and marinate for about an hour.
Step 2: put a little corn starch on each fish.
Step 3: add proper amount of cooking oil into the pan, heat over high heat, add fish pieces, and fry over medium heat until slightly scorched.

Note: the fish cooked in this way basically has no fishy smell, so I didn't even put ginger. Friends who like spicy sauce can add chili noodles when pouring in soy sauce.
