Production steps:
Step 1: About 300g cantaloupe, 1 sausage, 100g foamed vermicelli, 100g farm soybean paste and green onion.
Step 2: slice the melon.
Step 3: cut the scallion and slice the sausage.
Step 4: heat up the oil, saute the scallions, add the soy sauce and stir well.
Step 5: add appropriate amount of water to bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. That is to make sauce soup.
