Autumn pear grease
Introduction:
"Qiuli ointment can moisten the lung, relieve cough, promote saliva and throat. It is used for cough with Yin deficiency and lung heat, shortness of breath, sticky phlegm and saliva, stuffy chest diaphragm, dry mouth and dry throat, irritability and hoarseness. It is especially good for those who cough for a long time and injure Yin due to lung heat. Because Qiuli cream contains honey, babies under one year old can't drink it. It's OK for a two-and-a-half-year-old baby like my son to drink it, and it's sweet. Bao likes it very much. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare 6 Yali pears, 80g jujube, 20g ginger, 100g rock sugar and 100ml honey, smash Yali Pear and ginger with cooking machine, wash jujube and remove nucleus. (only a part of my picture is shown)
Step 2: put crushed Yali, minced ginger and seeded jujube into the pot, add enough water, bring to a boil over high heat, boil over low heat for 15 minutes, and then turn off the heat.
Step 3: put the basket cloth on the basin, pour all the things in the pot into the basket cloth, wrap the broken Yali Pear like a bag and squeeze out the juice.
Step 4: pour the squeezed juice into another pot and continue to cook.
Step 5: pour the pear dregs into the first pot, fill in a small amount of water, boil for a while, extrude the juice again, and pour into the second pot. This is repeated twice.
Step 6: Boil the second pot over high heat and medium heat. I spent about 2 hours in this process. At last, if the concentration is slightly lower than that of honey, I can turn off the fire. After air temperature, add honey and stir well.
