Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the necessary materials. Soak the cherries and lemons in brine in advance
Step 2: poke out the cherry core with a thicker straw
Step 3: finish all the cherry stones in turn
Step 4: cut the cherry in half, sprinkle with sugar and marinate for 20 minutes
Step 5: pour the pickled cherry and lemon peel into the milk pot, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, and stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom

Note: bottle the cooked cherry while it's hot, whether or not the lemon peel is OK, I put it into the bottle together, so the taste is more rich. (be careful that the bottle is boiling water, disinfect). Cherry and lemon must be cleaned and salt can be rubbed. Baijiu is also good for red wine.
