Jujube paste
Introduction:
"I don't know how to eat a pile of red dates, so I can't keep them. Suddenly thought of making jujube mud, do stuffing, do anything. It seems that the popular way to make jujube mud is to use a cooking machine to beat the cooked jujube into mud, which is more labor-saving. However, it is bound to increase moisture. After struggling for a long time, I finally decided to use the most time-consuming handmade. Although it takes more time, there won't be any jujube skin. "
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the core of jujube
Step 2: steam over high heat for 30-50 minutes,
Step 3: scrape off the jujube meat with a knife
Step 4: separation of skin and flesh
Step 5: put the scraped jujube meat into the fine screen, and use the spoon to crush and sift
Step 6: scrape off the jujube mud at the bottom of the screen
Step 7: remove the remaining jujube peel
Step 8: get fine jujube paste
