Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: peel and shred the potatoes.

Step 2: shred dried sesame, cut scallion into sections, cut garlic into mince and set aside.

Step 3: shred the beef.

Step 4: add raw soy sauce, minced ginger, minced green onion and cornflour, stir and marinate for 10 minutes.
