Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the cabbage and clean the cucumber with an old toothbrush.

Step 2: shred the purple cabbage, sprinkle some salt, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Step 3: squeeze out water from the pickled shredded cabbage by hand (disposable gloves can be worn).

Step 4: rub the cucumber into silk with an eraser.

Step 5: mix shredded cucumber with shredded cabbage, pour in proper amount of oyster sauce and sesame oil.

Step 6: sprinkle a handful of cooked sesame seeds (add more salt if you don't have enough salt), mix well.

Materials required:

Purple cabbage: a quarter

Cucumber: Half Root

Cooked white sesame: a handful

Salt: right amount

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Oyster sauce: right amount

Note: like spicy can pour a spoonful of chili oil~~
