Tremella and Papaya Soup

Production steps:
Step 1: first, soak Tremella in warm water.
Step 2: remove the core and shell of jujube and ginkgo, and wash wolfberry with microbubbles.
Step 3: peel and dice papaya.
Step 4: add water to tremella, red dates and ginkgo, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 50 minutes, then add diced papaya and cook for about 10 minutes, add wolfberry before starting the pot, and finally add rock sugar to boil.

Note: Tremella to cook enough heat will have a soft and smooth taste, and papaya cooking time should not be too long, because papaya has been very cooked when bought, cooking too soft is not delicious.
