Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: black beans, peanuts, sesame, red dates, black beans and peanuts should be soaked in advance. (I stayed all night)

Step 2: wash the jujube and remove the core.

Step 3: put black beans in the blender.

Step 4: add peanuts.

Step 5: add sesame seeds.

Step 6: put the jujube at last.

Step 7: add appropriate amount of water.

Step 8: press the mixer switch to stir.

Step 9: pour the soybean milk into the pot and bring to a boil.

Step 10: Boil the soy milk, open the lid and cook for 5-8 minutes over medium heat. (I boiled it for 10 minutes) after cooking, filter the bean dregs.

Note: when cooking soybean milk, add white sugar or rock sugar. When I cooked it, I didn't add it. When I cooked it, I added brown sugar. Although soybean milk and brown sugar can not be together, but I think this is black soybean milk, should be able to work with brown sugar.
