Production steps:
Step 1: wash amaranth and set aside.
Step 2: smash the garlic.
Step 3: add the right amount of Zanthoxylum noodles.
Step 4: pour in proper amount of red oil.
Step 5: add soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
Step 6: heat the wok to a little oil.

Note: it is said that the red juice of sweat vegetables is good for the body. If it is scalded with boiling water, the juice will be lost. Frying in oil pan without salt can retain the juice to the greatest extent.
