Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: a piece of gluten, wash and set aside.
Step 2: add water into the pot, bring to a boil and cook the gluten. Originally, when I bought it from outside, the gluten was already cooked. For the sake of hygiene, I cooked it again.
Step 3: soak the cooked gluten in supercooled water.
Step 4: blanch the lettuce leaves with boiling water, and set aside in supercooled water.
Step 5: tear the supercooled gluten by hand.
Step 6: put the gluten and lettuce into the seasoning basin.
Step 7: add garlic, appetizer, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar.
Step 8: mix well and serve.
Materials required:
Gluten: 200g
Lettuce: 1
Vinegar: 2 teaspoons
Appetizer: 2 teaspoons
Delicious soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Garlic: half a flower
Sugar: 10 g
Note: tear gluten by hand, because the tear is irregular, convenient for better taste immersion.
