Salad tofu balls

Production steps:
Step 1: control the water content of tofu and reserve all kinds of materials.

Peanut oil: right amount
Note: 1, must use the northern brine tofu, control dry water, in order to shape. 2. Starch and other things must not be added, otherwise the meatballs will not be soft and delicious, which will affect the taste.
