Cold lotus root strips

Introduction:

"Mom's best cold dish, I can't make that kind of taste, although the ingredients are all the same. Sweet and sour taste, very refreshing

Production steps:

Step 1: peel and wash the two sections of lotus root.

Step 2: cut and blanch. Put some white vinegar in the water.

Step 3: remove and cool with purified water.

Step 4: Chop coriander and shallot, and blanch with garlic.

Step 5: mix lotus root, scallion, coriander, garlic, sugar, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, pepper and sesame oil.

Sugar: right amount

White vinegar: right amount

Pepper: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Note: salad can be set up a fresh-keeping bag with hands, so it is more delicious. Pepper I use white pepper, so the finished product looks better. Sesame oil must not be less.
