Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash vegetables and tofu, drain and set aside

Step 2: cut tofu into pieces of the same thickness as the mold, and press them into round pieces with the mold. The leftovers can be pressed with a small mold until they can't be pressed

Step 3: put oil into the non stick pan and fry tofu for a while

Step 4: Fry like this until both sides are golden, then out of the pot

Step 5: put it on the plate, arrange the shape, and put the small pieces on the bottom

Step 6: continue to add garlic, pepper and scallion to the hot oil

Step 7: stir fry the whole plant with a little water until it's ripe. Add salt, ginger powder and chicken essence

Step 8: put the big head green bean curd in a circle, and finally pour the remaining vegetable juice on the bean curd

Old tofu: right amount

Garlic: right amount

Big head: 6

Scallion: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Salt: right amount

Ginger powder: right amount

Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount
