Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: mix eggs, sugar, salt and melted butter (no whipping).

Step 2: mix high flour, coconut and baking powder.

Step 3: pour the powder into the liquid.

Step 4: mix well with a spoon.

Step 5: divide the mixed dough into 24 parts and knead it into a ball.

Step 6: put it on the baking tray covered with tinfoil and oil.

Step 7: preheat the oven at 120 ℃ for 12 minutes.

High flour: 200g

Coconut: 50g

Sugar: 100g

Salt: 1g

Butter: 120g

Baking powder: 4G

Note: 1. High flour can be replaced by ordinary flour or low flour. 2. The baking temperature can be adjusted by itself.
