Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: add proper amount of water into the flour, stir it into flocculent with chopsticks, then mix it into a slightly soft dough by hand, cover it with plastic wrap, and wake up for an hour or two.

Step 2: put the dough on the panel and roll it into a slightly thick disc.

Step 3: cut into wider strips.
