Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pineapple and cut off the head (about 1 / 5).
Step 2: dig out the flesh of the cut pineapple with a knife and spoon, and soak it in light salt water.
Step 3: soak lotus leaf and glutinous rice in advance (glutinous rice should be soaked for about 3 hours, lotus leaf for half an hour is enough). Drain the soaked glutinous rice and put it into lotus leaf. Steam it.
Step 4: mix peanuts, raisins, sesame, pineapple and steamed glutinous rice with a little oil and sugar.
Step 5: fill the pineapple container with evenly mixed rice.
Step 6: cover the head of pineapple and fix it with toothpick.
Step 7: put the fixed pineapple into the boiling water pot and continue to steam for 20-25 minutes, so that the rice can fully absorb the sweetness of pineapple.
