Stewed pork and tofu with mushrooms

Introduction:

"Cut the tofu into one centimeter thick cubes, soak the mushrooms and cut them into strips."

Production steps:

Note: old tofu is also called North tofu, choose old tofu to stew, because it can absorb the taste of soup.
